Hope Online employs online education that is delivered in Learning Centers hosted by community-based organizations with a commitment to educating children.

As a public school, Hope Online receives more than 95% of its funding from the state of Colorado. Hope Online contracts with community-based organizations to establish Mentor-supported Learning Centers. Funding for Hope Online is distributed in the following way:

Comprised of approximately 70 Learning Centers, Hope Online has Learning Centers in more than 25 cities across the state from Dinosaur to Denver to Pueblo.
Policies & Procedures
Hope Online Learning Academy Co-Op strives to maintain a safe, healthy, and productive learning environment for all students. Therefore, Hope Online has established certain policies and procedures by which we expect students and staff to abide.

Non-sectarian Policy
- Religious artifacts are not permitted in Hope Online classrooms.
- Religious instruction cannot be part of Hope Online schedules for students.
- Religious curriculum is not permitted in Hope Online classrooms.
Student Attendance and Online Participation
- Student attendance should be taken every day. If a student is absent, the absence should be indicated on the attendance register.
- All students must have four hours of Hope Online core curriculum plus two additional courses per day and meet the minimum active logon requirements of 7.5 hours per week for each Hope Online students in grades 1-12 and 5 hours per week for Hope Online students in kindergarten.
